By browsing or placing an order with Jabo Collection, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

Every pair sold by Jabo Collection is sourced from verified, authorized resellers and authenticated before sale. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour may occur due to photography lighting.

Orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp. Payment is accepted on delivery (MoMo, Airtel Money, or cash) unless otherwise agreed. Jabo Collection reserves the right to cancel an order if a pair becomes unavailable before delivery.

Free moto delivery within Kigali, typically within 2 hours of order confirmation. Delivery to areas outside Kigali may incur additional charges — these will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

We accept returns or exchanges within 24 hours of delivery if the pair is unworn and in its original packaging, and only if there is a genuine defect or authenticity concern. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Jabo Collection's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delivery delays outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kigali.
